Yesterday at 12:10 PM, Sykesville Fire and EMS Units responded to the 4700 Block of Woodbine Road for a reported house on fire. First arriving units from Winfield reported smoke showing from a single story rancher.

Crews from Winfield found fire in the kitchen area of the home with smoke throughout.

Crews from Sykesville arrived and assisted with ventilation and overhaul.
