On March 17, 2015, just after 7:00 AM, Rescue Squad 12 was alerted to responded to the 4100 Block of Louisville Road In Gamber first due for a report vehicle into a tree with entrapment.

Rescue Squad 12 responded and arrived on the scene and assisted the Gamber Fire Department Units with extrication of the patient.
