On Sunday May 10, 2014 at 3:14 PM, Squad 12 was pickup from the previous accident on Route 32 to respond to Route 140 and Green Mill Road in Reese for a vehicle collision with rescue.

First arriving Chief 9-1 advised that he had four patients trapped and requested a helicopter and several more medic units.

Rescue Squad 12 arrived and assisted Rescue Squad 9 with extrication of the trapped occupants.
