On the evening of Monday November 21, 2016, at approximately 4:46 pm, Tower 12 along with several other Carroll County fire units were alerted and responded to 9000 block of Tarr Drive in Frederick County for reported house fire with two occupants trapped.

First arriving units found fire through the roof of a single story rancher type home. Crews also reported that all occupants were out of the home and accounted for.

Tower 12 arrived and position in front of the home and went to work assisting crews extinguishing the fire and overhaul.
