Yesterday while units were assisting Howard County another woods fire was dispatched in the area of 7400 Block of Buttercup Road in Sykesville. Baltimore County Engine 56 just arrived at Sykesville and responded to the location.

Baltimore County Engine 56 arrived on the scene to find a woods fire and also advised they had a car and school bus on fire. Engine 56 requested more units to respond to the scene to assist.

Engine 56 and Engine 123 went to work extinguishing the car and bus fire. Once the fire was extinguished crews went to work containing and extinguishing the woods fire.
