Last night Thursday October 30, 2014, Engine 124, Utility 12, and ATV 12 responded to Marriottsville Road in the area of the Howard / Carroll County Line for report train fire. Units arrived along with Howard County units and located the train between Woodstock Road and Marriottsville Road. Crews from Sykesville assisted with extinguishment of the fire before returning to service.
