At 20:31hrs Carroll County 911 alerted Station 12 and P128, for a Vehicle Collision at the intersection of Johnsville Rd. And Piney Ridge Parkway. Paramedic 129, Rescue Squad 12, and Engine 124 arrived on scene to find a 2 car "T-Bone" collision with 4 injured and 1 trapped. Captian 12-1 (Ludwig) established the Johnsville Rd command. Crews worked for 10 minutes to extricate the trapped subject. Crews obtained 4 refusals and P-129 transported 1 patient to Shock Trauma center in Baltimore.
