The Sykesville Fire Department will host a Sportsman’s Night on Saturday, January 31, 2026. Doors will open at 4 p.m., dinner is served at 5 p.m., and games will begin after dinner.

Tickets are $50 per person. Attendees must be 18 or older. Each ticket includes dinner, participation in 11 games for prizes, and 11 cash games.

The Sportsman Prize List includes: Canik Mete 9mm, Henry 22LR, Savage Axis XP 6.5 with scope, Traditions Vortec Strikefire 50 caliber, Pointer Field Trek Walnut Shotgun 12 gauge, Savage Arms 30-06 Black, Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 2.0 380, Ruger Mark IV 22LR pistol, Smith & Wesson 38 Special revolver, Mossberg 500 20 gauge Mossy Oak, and Savage Arms Trail Hunter 350 Legend.

There are 10 cash games each with a $200 prize, and one jackpot game awarding $500.

Tickets can be purchased online, by emailing fundraising@sykesvillefire.org, or in person at Friday night bingo nights starting January 9.

Groups are asked to email fundraising@sykesvillefire.org with the names of attendees so group seating can be arranged.

Due to liquor board regulations, the event is BYOB.

All firearms must be picked up by the winners within 30 days of the event at Atlas Firearms and Training, located at 577 Johnsville Road, Sykesville, Maryland 21784. Background checks are required at the time of pickup. Winners are responsible for all fees related to background checks and any applicable taxes. Prizes will be forfeited if a background check is not passed or if the prize is not claimed within 30 days.
